Diese Hinweise erläutern die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten auf esusi.online und dem zugehörigen Netlify-Auftritt.

2. Bereitstellung und Sicherheit
Diese Website wird bei Netlify, Inc. (USA) gehostet. Beim Aufruf werden technisch erforderliche Verbindungsdaten verarbeitet, darunter IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt, angeforderte Adresse, Browserinformationen und gegebenenfalls die verweisende Seite. Dies dient der Auslieferung und Absicherung der Website. Rechtsgrundlage ist mein berechtigtes Interesse an einem sicheren, funktionsfähigen Portfolio (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
Netlify setzt Dienstleister und eine verteilte Infrastruktur ein; eine Verarbeitung außerhalb des EWR, insbesondere in den USA, ist möglich. Die Auftragsverarbeitung und Garantien für internationale Übermittlungen werden im Netlify Data Processing Agreement geregelt, einschließlich der dort vorgesehenen EU-Standardvertragsklauseln. Technische Daten werden nur so lange verarbeitet, wie dies für Bereitstellung, Sicherheit und erforderliche Fehleranalyse notwendig ist; anbieterseitige Aufbewahrungsfristen richten sich nach dem eingesetzten Dienst.
3. Kontakt per Formular oder E-Mail
Das Formular übermittelt Ihren Namen, Ihre E-Mail-Adresse und Ihre Nachricht an Netlify Forms. Die Angaben werden zur Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage verarbeitet. Bei E-Mail-Kontakt wird zudem mein E-Mail-Dienst Gmail von Google verwendet. Bitte übermitteln Sie keine Gesundheitsdaten oder andere besonders sensiblen Angaben.
Rechtsgrundlage ist mein berechtigtes Interesse an der Beantwortung beruflicher Kontaktanfragen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO); soweit es um auf Ihre Anfrage erfolgende vorvertragliche Maßnahmen geht, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO. Die im Formular verlangten Angaben sind für eine Antwort erforderlich. Eine Kontaktaufnahme ist freiwillig.
Nachrichten werden gelöscht, wenn die Anfrage abgeschlossen ist und keine weitere Korrespondenz, gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflicht oder berechtigte Notwendigkeit zur Rechtsverfolgung oder -verteidigung besteht. Empfänger sind die zur Kommunikation eingesetzten Hosting- und E-Mail-Anbieter. Bei Google ist eine Verarbeitung in den USA möglich. 4. Freiwillige Reichweitenanalyse
Nur nach Ihrer aktiven Einwilligung wird Google Analytics 4 geladen (Mess-ID G-VDEMY9VR50). Anbieter für Nutzer im EWR ist Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland. Die Analyse dient dazu, die Nutzung des Portfolios zu verstehen. Dabei können aufgerufene Seiten, Interaktionen, ungefähre Standortinformationen und Browser- bzw. Geräteinformationen verarbeitet und pseudonymen Kennungen zugeordnet werden. Google erklärt, dass GA4 einzelne IP-Adressen nicht protokolliert oder speichert.
Rechtsgrundlage ist Ihre Einwilligung nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO und § 165 Abs. 3 TKG 2021. Ohne Einwilligung wird das Analytics-Skript nicht geladen. Google Signals und Signale für personalisierte Werbung sind im Website-Code deaktiviert. Google kann Daten über verbundene Unternehmen und Dienstleister auch in den USA verarbeiten. Informationen zu den jeweils eingesetzten Garantien finden Sie bei Google; weitere Angaben unter Google Analytics Datenschutz.
Analyse-Cookies (_ga und _ga_…) sind hier auf höchstens 180 Tage konfiguriert. Die serverseitige Speicherdauer hängt von der Analytics-Konfiguration ab; Cookie-Laufzeit und serverseitige Speicherung sind nicht identisch. Sie können Ihre Einwilligung jederzeit über „Cookie-Einstellungen“ mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen. Dabei wird Analytics deaktiviert und werden die auf dieser Domain erreichbaren Analytics-Cookies gelöscht. Die Rechtmäßigkeit der bisherigen Verarbeitung bleibt unberührt.
5. Speicherung Ihrer Auswahl
Um Ihre Entscheidung zu berücksichtigen, speichert der Browser unter „eva-consent-v1“ Ihre Auswahl und deren Zeitpunkt im lokalen Speicher, höchstens für 180 Tage. Diese Speicherung dient ausschließlich der Verwaltung Ihrer Datenschutzeinstellung. Sie ist für die von Ihnen gewählte Einstellung erforderlich und erfolgt auf Grundlage von § 165 Abs. 3 TKG 2021 sowie Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Sie können diese Daten auch selbst in Ihrem Browser löschen.
6. Schriften, Medien und externe Links
Schriften, Bilder und Videos werden als Dateien dieser Website ausgeliefert. Beim Laden der Schriften wird keine Verbindung zu Google Fonts hergestellt. Links zu Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn und externen Projektseiten führen erst beim Anklicken zum jeweiligen Anbieter. Dort gelten dessen Datenschutzhinweise.
7. Ihre Rechte
Sie haben nach Maßgabe der gesetzlichen Voraussetzungen das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung und Datenübertragbarkeit. Bei Verarbeitung auf Grundlage berechtigter Interessen können Sie aus Gründen Ihrer besonderen Situation widersprechen. Einwilligungen können Sie jederzeit für die Zukunft widerrufen.
Sie können sich bei einer Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörde beschweren, insbesondere bei der Österreichischen Datenschutzbehörde. Eine automatisierte Entscheidung mit rechtlicher oder ähnlich erheblicher Wirkung findet durch mich auf dieser Website nicht statt.

2. Prevádzka a bezpečnosť
Táto webstránka je hostovaná spoločnosťou Netlify, Inc. (USA). Pri návšteve sa spracúvajú technicky potrebné údaje o spojení, napríklad IP adresa, čas, požadovaná adresa, údaje o prehliadači a prípadne odkazujúca stránka. Slúži to na doručenie a zabezpečenie webstránky. Právnym základom je môj oprávnený záujem na bezpečnom a funkčnom portfóliu (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. f GDPR).
Netlify využíva poskytovateľov služieb a distribuovanú infraštruktúru; spracovanie mimo EHP, najmä v USA, je možné. Spracovanie údajov a záruky pre medzinárodné prenosy upravuje Netlify Data Processing Agreement vrátane príslušných štandardných zmluvných doložiek EÚ. Ďalšie informácie: ochrana údajov Netlify a sprostredkovatelia. Technické údaje sa spracúvajú len tak dlho, ako je potrebné na prevádzku, bezpečnosť a nevyhnutnú analýzu chýb; lehoty uchovávania poskytovateľa závisia od použitej služby.
3. Kontakt cez formulár alebo e-mail
Formulár odosiela vaše meno, e-mailovú adresu a správu službe Netlify Forms. Údaje sa spracúvajú na vybavenie vašej požiadavky. Pri kontakte e-mailom sa používa aj moja e-mailová služba Gmail od spoločnosti Google. Neposielajte prosím zdravotné údaje ani iné osobitne citlivé informácie.
Právnym základom je môj oprávnený záujem odpovedať na pracovné kontakty (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. f GDPR); ak ide o predzmluvné opatrenia na základe vašej požiadavky, čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. b GDPR. Údaje požadované vo formulári sú potrebné na odpoveď. Kontaktovanie je dobrovoľné.
Správy sa vymažú po vybavení požiadavky, ak neprebieha ďalšia komunikácia a neexistuje zákonná povinnosť uchovania alebo oprávnená potreba právnej ochrany. 4. Dobrovoľná analýza návštevnosti
Google Analytics 4 sa načíta až po vašom aktívnom súhlase (meracie ID G-VDEMY9VR50). Poskytovateľom pre používateľov v EHP je Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Írsko. Analýza slúži na pochopenie používania portfólia. Môžu sa spracúvať navštívené stránky, interakcie, približné údaje o polohe a údaje o prehliadači alebo zariadení, ktoré sa môžu priradiť k pseudonymným identifikátorom. Google uvádza, že GA4 jednotlivé IP adresy nezaznamenáva ani neukladá.
Právnym základom je váš súhlas podľa čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. a GDPR a § 165 ods. 3 TKG 2021. Bez súhlasu sa analytický skript nenačíta. Google Signals a signály pre personalizovanú reklamu sú v kóde webstránky vypnuté. Google môže údaje spracúvať aj prostredníctvom prepojených spoločností a poskytovateľov služieb v USA. Analytické cookies (_ga a _ga_…) sú nastavené najviac na 180 dní. Serverová lehota uchovávania závisí od konfigurácie Analytics; životnosť cookie a serverové uchovávanie nie sú to isté. Súhlas môžete kedykoľvek odvolať cez „Nastavenia cookies“ s účinkom do budúcnosti. Analytics sa deaktivuje a dostupné analytické cookies na tejto doméne sa vymažú.
5. Uloženie vašej voľby
Pre zohľadnenie vášho rozhodnutia prehliadač uloží pod názvom „eva-consent-v1“ vašu voľbu a čas jej udelenia najviac na 180 dní. Toto uloženie slúži výlučne na správu nastavenia súkromia. Je potrebné pre vami zvolenú možnosť a opiera sa o § 165 ods. 3 TKG 2021 a čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. f GDPR. Údaje môžete vymazať aj sami v prehliadači.
6. Písma, médiá a externé odkazy
Písma, obrázky a videá sa poskytujú ako súbory tejto webstránky. Pri načítaní písiem sa nevytvára spojenie so službou Google Fonts. Odkazy na Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn a externé projekty vedú k príslušnému poskytovateľovi až po kliknutí. Tam platia jeho vlastné zásady ochrany osobných údajov.
7. Vaše práva
Za zákonných podmienok máte právo na prístup, opravu, vymazanie, obmedzenie spracovania a prenosnosť údajov. Pri spracovaní na základe oprávneného záujmu môžete namietať z dôvodov týkajúcich sa vašej konkrétnej situácie. Súhlas môžete kedykoľvek odvolať s účinkom do budúcnosti.
Sťažnosť môžete podať dozornému orgánu pre ochranu údajov, najmä Rakúskemu úradu na ochranu údajov. Táto webstránka nevykonáva automatizované rozhodovanie s právnym alebo podobne významným účinkom.

This is used to deliver and secure the website. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in a secure, functioning portfolio (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Netlify uses service providers and distributed infrastructure; processing outside the EEA, particularly in the USA, is possible. Processing and safeguards for international transfers are governed by the Netlify Data Processing Agreement, including the EU standard contractual clauses provided there. Technical data is processed only as long as necessary for provision, security and required error analysis; provider retention periods depend on the service used.
3. Contact form or e-mail
The form sends your name, e-mail address and message to Netlify Forms. The data is processed to handle your request. E-mail contact also uses my Gmail service provided by Google. Please do not send health data or other particularly sensitive information.
The legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to professional contact requests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); where your request concerns pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR applies. The information requested in the form is needed to respond. Contacting me is voluntary.
Messages are deleted once the request is complete and there is no further correspondence, legal retention duty or legitimate need for legal claims or defence. Recipients are the hosting and e-mail providers used for communication. Google processing in the USA is possible. Information: Google privacy policy and transfer safeguards.
4. Voluntary audience measurement
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after your active consent (measurement ID G-VDEMY9VR50). The provider for users in the EEA is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Analytics helps me understand how the portfolio is used. Pages viewed, interactions, approximate location information and browser or device information may be processed and associated with pseudonymous identifiers. Google states that GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses.
The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 165(3) TKG 2021. Without consent, the Analytics script is not loaded. Google Signals and signals for personalised advertising are disabled in the website code. Google may also process data through affiliated companies and service providers in the USA. Information about safeguards is available from Google; further details are available in Google Analytics privacy information.
Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_…) are configured here for a maximum of 180 days. Server-side retention depends on the Analytics configuration; cookie lifetime and server-side storage are not the same. You can withdraw consent at any time through “Cookie settings”, with effect for the future. Analytics will be disabled and Analytics cookies available on this domain will be deleted.
5. Storage of your choice
To respect your decision, the browser stores your choice and the time of the choice under “eva-consent-v1” for a maximum of 180 days. This storage is used solely to manage your privacy setting. 6. Fonts, media and external links
Fonts, images and videos are delivered as files from this website. Loading the fonts does not connect to Google Fonts. Links to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and external project pages lead to the respective provider only when clicked. Their privacy notices then apply.
7. Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the Austrian Data Protection Authority. This website does not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
